Beginning this year, The Austin Trombone Camp is giving students the option to audition for our Honors level chamber groups.

To audition for an Honors level chamber group:
Below, find the appropriate etude for your instrument (tenor or bass trombone) and camp (high school or middle school).
Record a video of yourself playing the etude in one continuous take. No editing is allowed during the etude. At the beginning of your video, please announce: Your first and last name, high school or middle school camp, and tenor or bass trombone.
Your audition video will be judged by: Tone quality, Rhythmic and pitch accuracy, articulations, dynamics and pulse.
This etude recording is in addition to the brief sight reading audition you will perform at the beginning of camp.
Results will be announced at the beginning of camp.
